Exploring Calafell, Spain

Hello guys!
I told you about my vacation in Calafell, Spain in one of my previous posts where I showed you my beach outfits but I would like to tell you more about this place. Calafell (it means a small castle and it comes from Latin and Arabic) is a village (even it doesn't look like a village) with almost 25,000 people. It lies in the province of Tarragona and autonomous community of Catalonia. There are not so many historical monuments, it is more for relaxing by the beach, even it is very tourist destination. But there are plenty of small shops, sweetshops and restaurants so you won't be bored at all.
But if you are more interested in history, you should definitely visit a Santa Creu Castle of Calafell. It is at the top where you walk through the little old streets which are very beautiful. We also visited Mercat Medieval and Santa Creu Church which lies under the castle at the Plaza Catalunya.
Then we also visited the Cunit beach which is basically a town right next to Calafell.

I really love Spain in general, so I would say that every city or town in Spain has something personal and incredible such as Calafell. And it is also very close to Barcelona so we visited it as well, but I want to make another post about it. I also included some of my outfits just for an inspiration.

Thank you for reading!
Love Terri
