Hello guys!

I asked you on Twitter if you would like to see my daily makeup routine and most of the answers were yes so here it is. I did my makeup routine before, I think it was two years ago but it is a bit different now and I'm also using a different products. So if you are interested in how I created this look, keep reading.

Step 1

Let's start this routine with some primer. I think that every person needs a good base under your foundation. I use this Moisturizing Face Fluid from Manufaktura, this is not primer but I really love it and it does the same work as a normal primer. I just apply it with my hands all over my face and then I wait 2-3 minutes before applying my foundation.

Step 2

Another easy step is to apply a foundation. I'm using Match Perfection from Rimmel. I did mention it in my favorite products so if you're reading my posts, you will definitely know that. I'm using shade 100 Ivory and I think it's perfect for the fall and winter. I apply it with my Beauty Blender, I think it is easy to apply with and it also looks very natural. I was using a brush before but I think I was applying too much product with it...

Step 3

The next step is applying concealer. I have to say that lately I don't use concealer at all but I need to start. So when I use it, I apply it under my eyes, on my nose, chin, forehead and sometimes on the lawer jaw. I'm using concealer Liquid Camouflage from Catrice, this is one of the best concealers I've ever used. Then I just blend it in with my beauty blender. Make sure that it is blended with your foundation well.

Step 4

Let's do some contouring! I was using this Dew the Hoola from Benefit in the summer all the time because I used it instead of my normal foundation. But now when the winter is coming and I'm pale again, I'm using it as a liquid bronzer. I apply it under my cheekbones and on the sides of my forehead and blend it in with how else than my beauty blender.

Step 5

Then I use my solid bronzer and this is Hoola from Benefit. I use it on the same spots as I used my liquid bronzer which is under my cheekbones and sides of my forehead, plus I also use it with my fingers or a small brush on the sides of my nose. I apply it with my brush no. 124 from BH Cosmetics, I really love this brand, I have a whole set from them and I'm really happy with their products.

Step 6

I think this is my favorite part of the whole routine and it is applying highlighter. This is absolutely ma favorite one and it's called Mary-Lou Manizer from The Balm. I use it on my cheekbones and also on the top of my nose. I use is before also on my chin and above my lips but I don't do these steps now, but you can do it as it works best for you. And I have to mention that I'm using my brush from BH Cosmetics no. 125. It is from the Sculp and Blend 2 brush set if you're interested.

Step 7

Then I just powder the rest of my face, mainly under my eyes, chin and forehead. I love to use this HD Studio Photogenic Powder from NYX, this is a loose transparent powder and I think it's the best powder because your makeup will last all day and you won't be shiny or glossy. I'm using the same brush as I used for bronzing my face. I don't know if it's the best idea, but I love this brush and I just don't want to use another one. Maybe I need to buy two of them.

Step 8

Eyebrows here we go! I hate, hate and hate my brows but you certainly know that because I keep saying that again and again. You would hate is as well if you had the same brows as I have. But nevermind, I brush my brows with the brush on the Groof Proof Brow Pencil from Benefit. This pencil has two sides, which is very handy because you don't have to look after some brow brush and you have it on your pencil as well. I love this pencil it is one of my favorite. So after my super thick eyebrows are brushed, I use the pencil to draw the brows. It's not so hard even for me, I just draw the edge of my brows and then I just fill it. And always make sure that both brows are the same.

Step 9

I really love that trend of feather brows, so I got this brow gel called Ready, Set, Brow! also from Benefit. It is a transparent gel that keeps your brows in the place. The brush is rubber and has two sides, I use both of them I just don't see any differents between them. So I brush my brows with this brow gel and then I let it dry and brush it again.

Step 10

I cannot forget my mascara. My lashes aren't the longest so I need to put more layers of mascara. This one is from Bourjois and it is Volume Glamour Ultra Black. I probably used better mascaras but this one is also good, it doesn't smudge, fall and it lasts all day. 

Step 11

The last step are lips! Sometimes I use only lip balm, but when I want to look more sassy, I use my liquid lipstick. This one is Soft Matte Lip Cream from NYX. I don't have to forget lip pencil that I use before applying my lipstick. This lip pencil I'm using is from Essence and it's called just Lipliner and I have it in shade In The Nude.

Well, and I'm done! Here is the final look. It's very easy and quick, I have it done in 15-20 minutes. How do you like it? Will you try it too? Let me know!

The new month is here and with that comes a new products. We had the Marianne Days two weeks ago here, for those who doesn't know what it is, it is a weekend of discounts. I definitely had to go, because I needed to buy some new cosmetics, I visited Sephora where I left some money. Let's take a look at what I got.

The first item I'm going to show you is this brow gel called Ready, Set, Brow! from Benefit. I used eyebrow gel from Loreal before and I was really happy with that, but in the Czech Republic don't produce the color I had, so I decided to try something different. I found this transparent brow gel from Benefit and I read a very positive reviews so I gave a try. I'm very glad I did because this gel is just amazing. It lasts all day, it doesn't stick your brows and it is easy to apply. It has two sides, one side has longer bristles and one side has smaller bristles. First, I use longer bristles, then I let it dry a bit and then I use shorter bristles.

Another favorite product is this mini lip balm from Sephora called Kiss Me Balm. This is a mini version of the original one, I got it for free for my purchase. I really like how it looks, it is so cute in my opinion. But I also think it comes very handy when you don't want to carry on some big balm, you can keep it in your pocket or purse. This balm is available in multiple colors, so you can choose which color do you like the most. It leaves a bit of color when you applying the balm but I don't mind because I like this pink color.

The next item are these Green Tea Exfoliating Wipes also from Sephora. I showed you a coconut cleansing wipes from Sephora in my previous post, but it ran out so I decided to try these ones. These are also cleansing and makeup removing, but they are a bit different. One side is thicker and it serves as exfoliation and to remove dead cells, and the other side is to remove your makeup and cleanse the skin. I like these wipes, I like green tea and it removes your makeup well, it is also good for eye makeup. But the thicker side is too harsh for me, I have a sensitive skin and it makes my skin irritated.

Another item I have to mention is this Volume Glamour Ultra Black Mascara from Bourjois. I have never tried mascara from this brand but I saw some reviews and were all positive, so I decided to try one too. I was using my favorite mascara Lash Sensational from Maybelline but as you know I like to try new products. I'm really glad I bought this mascara because it is amazing. It doesn't smudge, doesn't stick your lashes and it doesn't crumble. The only not good thing is that this mascara is little bit drier, so I think it won't last long, but maybe I got the wrong piece and not every piece is like that.

My another favorite thing is this Makeup Sponge from Beauty Blender. This is my third beauty blender I think and I really don't want to change it ever. I used other sponges and they were good as well, but the original beauty blender is just top. I got this one because I really like a new design, it looks like tie-dye and even it is not so beautiful anymore because of all the makeup, I still love it. I also started using a beauty blender to apply my foundation, I used my makeup brush before but I think when I apply it with the sponge, it looks more natural and you will not apply so much product on your face.

The last item is also from Sephora and it is this Instant Moisture+ Cream. I'm not totally sure but I think I have tried this moisturizer before but I had just a small tester. Anyway, I have a dry skin and this cream moisturizes, softens and nourishes my skin well. This is just a small version but I will think about to buy a normal version after this run out. And it smells amazing!

I wanted to do this post for a long time but now I finally did it. A lot of you guys may think that every makeup sponge is the same, but it's not basically true. I used to think so as well, but I tried different makeup sponges from different brands and I found out that each sponge is very different. So that's why I decided to do this post, because a lot of you don't know the difference between them. Also, many people called this makeup sponge 'beauty blender' but not every sponge is from this brand, beauty blender is the brand who actually found it and then other brands began to produce similar sponges (and cheaper). So let's find out if it actually worth the money to buy the original beauty blender.

Tento příspěvek jsem chtěla napsat už dávno, ale dostala jsem se k němu až teď, takže jsem ráda že je konečně tu. Spousta z vás si může myslet, že všechny houbičky na makeup jsou stejné, ale to vlastně není pravda. Já jsem si to dříve také myslela, ale po tom co jsem vyzkoušela různé houbičky od různých značek, zjistila jsem, že je každá jiná. Takže to je vlastně proč jsem se rozhodla napsat tento příspěvek, abych vám ukázala rozdíly mezi nimi. Také jsem zjistila, že spousta lidí si myslí, že všechny houbičky se jmenují 'beauty blender', ale není tomu tak, protože beauty blender je společnost, která tyhle makeup houbičky vymyslela. Ostatní značky pak začali vyrábět velmi podobné houbičky, většinou za nižší cenu, takže pojďme zjistit jestli originální houbička opravdu stojí za to.

This was my first makeup sponge I bought. I used to blend my concealer with my fingers and everyone has used makeup sponges and I said to myself, why not to try it too? I bought the cheapest one I could find and I tried it for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised how it is easy to blend my concealer with. I didn't use it wet because I didn't know that it's actually better, but it was fine either way. This sponge is quite bigger than the original one but when you dip it into the water it doesn't change its size much. It's also not so soft as the original and there are a small holes in it after I wash it. I was quite satisfied with this sponge, it doesn't last long but it's very cheap so you can get a new one every time.

Toho byla moje první houbička, kterou jsem si koupila. Dříve jsem zapracovávala korektor pomocí prstů, ale každý už používal makeup houbičku, a tak jsem si řekla proč to také nezkusit? Koupila jsem si tu nejlevnější, kterou jsem našla (tahle je z dekorativka.cz) a poprvé ji zkusila. Musím říct, že jsem byla mile překvapena. Dříve jsem nevěděla, že se má houbička namáčet a tak jsem jí používala na sucho, ale i tak to šlo celkem dobře. Takhle houbička je větší než ta originální, ale když jí namočíte, nezvětší se moc. Také není tak měkká jako originální beauty blender a udělali se mi v ní menší dírky po tom, co jsem ji čistila. Myslím, že cena odpovídá kvalitě, není nejhorší a kdykoliv se zničí, můžete si koupit novou.

Ebelin

This was my second sponge I purchased, it was a bit more expensive but not like the original. This sponge is more stiffer and it's quite small but when you dip into the water it increases its size twice, so you can easily apply your foundation or concealer. I don't really like this sponge, because it holds a lot of water and it's hard to squeeze out of it. I wouldn't probably buy it again, I had better sponges for better price or for the same price. But what doesn't satisfy me, may satisfy you.

Tohle byla moje druhá houbička, kterou jsem si pořídila. Byla trošku dražší než ta první, ale stále levnější jak originál. Tahle houbička je tužší, když jí namočíte, dvakrát zvětší svůj objem. Problém je v tom, že hodně drží vodu a špatně se z ní vymačkává. Asi bych si jí už nekoupila, myslím si, že můžete najít lepší houbičku za nižší nebo stejnou cenu. Ale to co nevyhovuje mě, neznamená, že nemůže vyhovovat vám.

Real Techniques

This is one of my favorite sponges I've tried. It has cut off the bottom which may be good for blending larger areas (forehead, cheeks) but I didn't use it much. I prefer pointed side which you can use on your entire face. This sponge is soft, doesn't hold too much water in it and it is very easy to wash. Actually, there is no sign that I washed it, it still looks like new. I would definitely consider buying it again, the price is good and the quality as well. This sponge is a bit bigger than the original blender and it also increases its size almost twice after soaking it. 

Tohle je jedna z mých oblíbených houbiček, které jsem vyzkoušela. Má seřízlý spodek, který může být užitečný pro blendění větších ploch na obličeji (čelo, tváře), ale já jsem to nikdy moc nepoužívala. Mě spíše vyhovuje špičatá část, kterou můžete použít na celý obličej, ale nápad je to dobrý. Tato houbička je měkká, nedrží tolik vody a lehce se čistí. Čistila jsem ji několikrát a není na ní žádný náznak po čištění (žádné dírky), což se nedá říct o předchozích houbičkách, ani dokonce o beauty blenderu, kde se mi po čištění vytvořily malé dírky. Tahle houbička od RT je větší než originál a svoji velikost také zvětší skoro dvakrát po jejím namočení, někdy to může být výhoda hlavně v tom, že rychleji zapracujete produkt do pleti. Tuhle houbičku bych si určitě koupila znova, cena a kvalita jsou velice super.

Beauty Blender

Here we are, my favorite sponge of all. The original beauty blender which I bought twice. This sponge is the smallest of all sponges I showed you. It increases the size but it still remains small, so you can easily blend your concealer or foundation even in smaller areas. It's also very soft, the softest of all sponges and it is easy to wring the water out of it. I really like this black one, they also have it in many colors so maybe I will go for red next time. Beauty blender also has sponges in mini version which can be very handy especially for your undereye area and nose. Maybe I should get some of these. The only disadvantage I found about this sponge is that it is easy to be damaged. I washed the pink one and there remained the groove of my nail. So if you have a long nails, be careful with that. And if you are interested in how to clean this sponge, just use a baby shampoo or cleansing gel for brushes. Beauty blender company also produces some special cleaner for sponges, so it is definitely not bad. If you use the sponge every day, it should be cleaned at least once a week.

A tady už je moje nejoblíbenější houbička ze všech. Beauty blender je nejmenší houbička z těch, které jsem vám ukazovala, a i po namočení zůstane poněkud malá, takže se s ní lépe zapracovává makeup nebo korektor na méně dostupných částech obličeje. Také je velmi měkká, je asi nejměkčí ze všech a snadno se z ní vymačkává voda. Dále se mi líbí, že je v černém provedení, ale můžete jí také najít v jiných barvách. Beauty blender vyrábí i mini provedení, které jsou skvělé pro zapracování korektoru pod očima nebo na nose. Jedinou nevýhodu kterou jsem našla na této houbičce je ta, že se rychle poníčí. Například když jsem tuhle růžovou čistila, zůstala mě v ní rýha po mém nehtu. Takže pokud máte dlouhé nehty, buďte opatrní. A pokud by vás zajímalo jak se tahle houbička čistí, stačí použít dětský šampon nebo čistící gel na štětce. Firma beauty blender dokonce vyrábí speciální čistič na houbičky, takže i to není k zahození. Pokud houbičku používáte každý den, měli byste jí čistit alespoň jednou týdně.

To sum it up, beauty blender is absolutely number one for me, so it definitely worth the money. I'm not saying that I'll never buy another sponge again, but I'm totally satisfied with this one. So if you use it everyday or you want something more professional, definitely go for it. If you don't do your makeup everyday, if you don't use concealer or if you use a brush instead of sponge, it may be useless for you and you should go for some cheaper alternative. I hope you guys find it useful and let me know what do you use for your concealer or foundation.

Abych to shrnula, beauty blender je rozhodně jednička pro mě, takže to rozhodně stojí za ty peníze. Pokud makeup houbičku používáte každý den a nebo prostě chcete něco víc profesionálního, určitě ji vyzkoušejte. Pokud naopak si makeup neděláte každý den, nepoužíváte korektor a nebo používáte na korektor štětec, bude vám stačit levnější varianta. Doufám, že vám to přišlo užitečný a dejte mi vědět co používáte vy.

The time goes by so fast, doesn't it? Is it bad or good? The bad thing is that winter is coming and the good thing is that another favorite products are here and also Halloween is almost here! We had the Marianne days in the Czech Republic two weeks ago, it means that almost every store has discounts, so I obviously took advantage of it and I headed to Prague to buy some stuff. Let's take a look what I got.

Let's get started with my most favorite thing for this month. It is this Naked2 basics palette from Urban Decay. I have to say that it is such a shame that I haven't tried any of their palettes before. This palette is so amazing! Pigmentation is very good, so you don't have to apply too much product. I also love the colors of this palette, nudes were always my favorite ones. The price is a little bit higher, but I think for that quality is not bad at all. I need to buy more of their palettes as soon as possible, because they are just amazing.

The next favorite item is this black Beauty Blender. Yes, I got it because it is black but I also think that beauty blender is the best makeup sponge. I tried a lot of sponges but the original beauty blender is the best. It's very soft so it doesn't hold too much water. It's also smaller than other sponges, so you can blend your makeup easily.

Hand disinfection is always important, especially when you're somewhere where you can't wash your hands. I got this Merci Handy hand cleansing gel from Sephora. It always comes in handy literally. If you live in Brno, you really know what I'm talking about. I have this gel in my bag, so I can use it everywhere. And the smell is amazing!

I have to mention this Finishing powder from NYX. I'm so happy that this brand is now available in this country, their products are cheap and very good quality. I've never used loose powder before, I was more for solid powders but I really wanted to try this one. I used it only a few times but I have to say this powder is amazing. It's also transparent, so you can use it every day of the year.

The next thing is this Eye Makeup Remover from Douglas. I've never tried this remover before so I wanted some change. I've been using my favorite one from Sephora but there is always the time for change. I also liked remover from Garnier which I had before and I have to say that this one is very similar to it. It also has the same color, but this one has bigger packaging. It removes your eye makeup very quickly, it is very gentle to your eyes, this is very imporant for me because I have a very sensitive eyes. I definitely recommend this remover,

The last favorite item is this liquid lipstick from NYX, this is from Lingerie collection and I got it in the shade 06. This lipstick is very pigmented, it lasts for a very long time, even if you eat or drink. I'm a huge fan of nude and matte colors, so this one is absolutely my favorite. I have a similar one from Sleek which is also very good. NYX also has s lot of amazing colors, you can also find the black one! I definitely recommend to check their liquid lipsticks out.
